Manpower client – a global leader in fund service, corporate governance and related asset service, with a team across 80 offices worldwide, is expanding and welcomes Business Data Analyst to join its team of professionals.

 Joining the team of professionals, you would become a part of one of Company’s core and most respected business function – Fund Administration. You will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning accounting services for complex fund structures.

 Office location: Vilnius

 Your key responsibilities will be:

• Writing VBA codes and macros to automate functions within existing Microsoft Excel models/templates/ reports.
• Building various reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other available systems.
• Helping to define KPIs and monitor them in automated reports, dashboards.
• Performing various financial data and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborating with accounting teams and identifying processes for optimization.
• Actively participating in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process leaning, and improving communication.

  You are a perfect fit if you have:

•  A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer science, or related discipline.
• >2 years of Excel VBA programming experience.
• RPA experience (considered an advantage).
• Experience in working with operational efficiency frameworks (LEAN) or process development.
• Professional experience in data, financial, or business analytics.
• Ambitions to learn more about the Real Assets investment industry and participate in multinational projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken).
