What your job will include: 

  • Researching, analysing and investigating customer profiles, following standard rules and procedures.
    • Collaborating both within the team and other teams in relevant departments to ensure any problems are solved and deadlines are met.
    • Shift effectively between main functional and cross-functional tasks without compromising key business objectives.
    • Performing a variety of tasks as per agreed daily/weekly/quarterly plan and maintaining productivity to meet service level agreements.
    • Maintaining a focus on day-to-day operations and contributing to process improvements and the overall result of the department.


  • Higher education or being a student with the ability to work full time.
    • Previous work experience (would be an advantage).
    • Attention to details.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
    • Team player attitude, willingness to share your knowledge and have fun together.
    • Fluent English language skills (both written and oral).
