Now, we are looking for an AML Manager for LEINONEN BALTICS (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).

Main responsibilities

• Conducting reviews of client documentation/information submitted by the business units
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining Baltic AML compliance policy and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements and conducting AML policies and procedures
• Implementation of monitoring software to comply with regulatory requirements
• Using analytical skills, professional insights, and investigative techniques in support of complex case investigations

We expect our future colleague to have

• Bachelor / Master’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of AML
• Fluent in English language skills. Other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Ability to simultaneously balance multiple tasks
• Strong work ethics and client-focused attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to overcome professional challenges
