Manpower client – a global leader in fund service, corporate governance and related asset service, with a team across 80 offices worldwide, is expanding its team of professionals, welcoming a Supervisor in a Financial and Regulatory Reporting team in Vilnius office.

Joining the team of professionals, you would become a part of one of company’s core and    most respected business function – Fund Administration. You will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning accounting services for complex fund structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAPs (Luxembourg, Netherlands UK, and others);
  • Attendance at Board meetings and materials preparation;
  • Year-end reporting packs preparation;
  • Review of financial and regulatory reporting prepared by junior team members;
  • Assist with annual budgets preparation;
  • Support annual audits (both internal and external) and liaise with auditors/ third parties;
  • Prepare ad hoc tasks as requested by your line Manager and assist in planning and organizing the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and other reporting in accordance with agreed deadlines;
  • Assist in managing, coaching, and developing team members.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline;
  • < 3 years of professional experience in accounting or audit working with financial statements;
  • Good analytical skills, and attention to detail;
  • Ambitions to learn more about the Real Assets investment industry and its’ reporting requirements;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, good skills in both written and spoken English;
  • Experience in preparing financial statements or knowledge of IRFS, Luxembourg GAAP, UK GAAP, and Netherlands GAAP, would be considered an advantage;
  • Experience in Big4 would be considered an advantage too.
